Yesterday did a flat bench dumbbell press of two 60’s for 8 reps! Tried 65 but could only do 3 - succcesss
not that many people could understand what it’s like to live thousands of miles away from all of your family during the holidays. Some students do it for a semester and can’t bare feeling so disconnected. It’s been thirteen years since I have celebrated any holiday with my family.
